Scott Fawcett, President and CEO

As President and CEO of Bode Equipment, Scott Fawcett is charged with oversight of the company's day-to-day operations.

Scott has a wide range of experience in all aspects of material handling and dock/door solutions.  From concept to completion, Scott ensures that the projects are handled accurately, on-time and within budget. He is an active member of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA), ISNetworld and Associated Builders and Contractors

Eric Ferrari, Internal Operations Manager

He began working at Bode in 2014 as a Service Coordinator and prior to that, he worked in sales and management for other companies such as Bobcat and ServPro. As our Internal Operations Supervisor, Eric is responsible for overseeing the efforts of our service team and internal operations team.

Eric earned his B.S in Accounting from Hesser College.

Ryan Williams, Installation and Service Manager

Before coming to Bode, Ryan spent 5 years working full time as technician/installer in the garage door business. He has spent spent the last 10 plus years in sales/service.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Natural Science from Worcester State University where he studied Physics.

Nick Hosey, Outside Sales Manager

Nick is the Sales Manager for Bode Equipment Company. Nick has over 12 years of industrial sales, operations, and project management experience.  His long history in the field enables him to plan and execute customer projects with careful attention to detail. 

His experience includes MRO and OEM supplies as well as material handling applications in the industrial manufacturing and construction arena.  Nick earned his B.S in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has been with Bode since 2012.

Greg Warren, Inside Sales Manager/General Manager

Greg brings over 15 years of leadership experience to the Bode team. His diverse background includes management positions in service, material handling, installation, construction and painting as well as over 23 years working in the public education system

Greg received his B.S in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and two Master’s degrees, one in Business from UNH and one in Education from Rivier University.  

STEVE FAWCETT, ADVISORY BOARD

In 1985, Steve purchased Bode Equipment from Larry Bode, a close, family friend, and worked tirelessly to grow the company, shifting the company’s sales model from contractor-based to direct to consumer, a move that would come to define the company and contribute to its success.  Bode Equipment recently celebrated its 40th anniversary in business. In 2011, Steve sold the business to Scott Fawcett, continuing the business into the 2nd generation.

Steve’s experience in the material handling and storage industry is respected for his vast knowledge and creative solutions.  Steve is currently in an advisory role, providing expert advice when needed. 

PAT FAWCETT, ADVISORY BOARD

Pat Fawcett spent nearly 30 years running the accounting and financial functions of Bode Equipment Company.  Pat is now in an advisory role, giving her expert advice when needed.

Pat established and implemented fiscal policy at Bode and worked closely with our sales team, customers and suppliers to ensure that the financial operations of the organization and projects provided success for all the parties involved.  Her attention to detail and customer focused personality earned her the respect of our customers and suppliers.
